Using the current legal structure: Binaryx operates under Wyoming state law (W.S. SF0038) on digital assets. For each property, a separate LLC is created in the US, which legally owns the property through an Investment Agreement between the DAO and the Local Company, to which the asset is registered and the DAO acts as the main shareholder of the asset.
Proof of ownership: When you purchase tokens, you become a co-owner of this LLC.

Tokenization is the process of converting physical assets into digital tokens on a blockchain. Instead of buying entire real estate for large amounts of money, you can purchase tokens that represent a share of ownership in the property.
